Business is all about purpose, and stakeholder theory is not about trading off different stakeholder interests against one another, but about a values-based reframing of basic business propositions. Even conflicting values can become a source of value creation. Together we will dive deep into what we as innovation professional can learn, when we are leveraging insights of stakeholder theory and Ed’s recent works on “Bridging the Values Gap” to managing innovation based on human values.
This fireside chat between Edward Freeman and Henning Breuer was delivered at the 32nd ISPIM Innovation Conference on 22 June 2021.
